New Years Day Parade 1 Jan 2006

Geoff, Ray and Russell all met up and Ron and Phil went straight to the ace cafe mark from the mysterons woke up late but he made it they all left the ace cafe at 10.30 for the ride to London where I cheated and parked my car at a friends house at Vauxall Bridge and walked over to meet them it was a bit cold. only 3 members of the odd mod squad made it but there was more scooters that bikes pc Russell was the first to leave bless him his exhaust was giving him agro at that point ray stopped to help him I think as I lost sight of him the next was Geoff who had problems with his scooter we started the ride it was brilliant we were holding back 100 yards then burning up it was a great experience to be there we all had a lot of photos taken and the crowds were clapping like mad at the scooters and booing the bikes Ron the Marshall from the ace was great all the way there poor mark (pork pie) his clutch went half way through bless him he had to push his bike to the finish and wait for the RAC to come out I went back and picked up Jane his girlfriend and brought her home apart from that it was a great day had by all and thanks to mum (Liz) for coming as well it evened up the numbers,
